Job Overview

We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing home services sales team!

This is an entry-level opportunity, and no previous sales experience is required. We provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to help you develop your communication and sales skills.

Our representatives work directly with homeowners, introducing our home services and identifying projects or improvements they may need. Your role is to generate interest, build relationships, and book appointments for homeowners to receive estimates.

Compensation:

- $80 per day base pay
- Additional commission on sales
- Prospect to increase your earnings through performance

Position Type: Entry Level, and leadership roles Work Environment: Outdoor, door-to-door sales

Training: Weekly in-person training and team meetings

Responsibilities

- Approach homeowners through door-to-door outreach.
- Introduce our home services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Engage homeowners in conversations to identify potential home improvement needs.
- Generate leads and book appointments for estimates.




- Communicate professionally with homeowners and represent the company positively.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments.
- Attend one weekly in-person sales,or if a leadership position it's daily training session and team meeting.
- Be open to coaching, learning, and improving your sales skills.

Qualifications
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners.
- Physically capable of walking neighbourhoods and knocking on doors throughout the workday.
- Willingness to learn and develop new sales skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
