QA Lead – Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)

Location: Remote in Canada

Rate: $40/hr CAD

Experience: 8 years QA, including 3+ years leadership

Job Summary

Hands-on QA Lead to manage quality engineering for a large-scale Salesforce Commerce Cloud e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities

- Lead functional, automation, regression, performance, and production testing.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, product, and cross-functional teams.
- Lead Playwright + TypeScript automation with TestRail and BrowserStack.
- Manage JMeter performance/load testing.
- Own defects, test coverage, release readiness, and QA metrics.
- Support scheduled releases and occasional after-hours production validation.

Mandatory Skills

- QA leadership for large-scale e-commerce applications.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud or comparable digital commerce platform.
- Playwright + TypeScript.
- TestRail, BrowserStack, and JMeter.
- API and end-to-end testing.
- GitLab or comparable CI/CD.
- Agile/Scrum and distributed team experience.
