Qualifications 10 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with deep expertise in multi-cloud implementations. 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform). Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CRM Analytics.



In-depth understanding of data integration patterns and technologies, including Snowflake, MuleSoft, and Kafka.

Proven experience in advisory roles, engaging with senior business stakeholders and IT executives. Strong business acumen, with a track record of influencing strategic decisions and delivering measurable business value. Excellent storytelling, content development, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs.

Certifications Must Have: Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant.
