As Territory Manager, you will represent Ritchie Bros. while developing business and managing existing accounts. The position emphasizes quota-driven sales, Salesforce, presentations, and customized solutions. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and serve customers throughout the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and cold call recent customers across Central Alberta
- Sell Ritchie Bros. multi-channel solutions within the territory
- Manage accounts and grow sales through relationships
- Maintain the territory Playbook and Salesforce CRM
- Negotiate and close deals with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

- Two to ten years of structured outside sales experience
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work from home and on the road
