Blacksmith Agency LLC is a digital, AI-first agency seeking a PPC Manager, HVAC to own paid media for HVAC clients across multi-location projects. You will steer targeting, budgets, and the narrative on performance calls with clients.

You will bring 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a proven ROAS/CPA track record, agency experience with multiple clients, and solid English on live calls with US clients. HVAC multi-location experience is a plus.
