Analyze applications and technological processes at Novo SST as an IT Quality Assurance Analyst working in hybrid mode across Quebec, Longueuil, or Laval.

This permanent position reports to the Deputy Director of Information Technologies and requires five years of relevant quality assurance experience. You will support reliable solutions through functional testing, defect tracking, and collaboration with developers and DevOps. The work emphasizes user needs, process rigor, analytical thinking, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Document defects and monitor their resolution through dedicated tools
- Validate fixes with development teams
- Provide expert support to different business lines
- Collaborate with developers and DevOps on delivered solutions

Requirements:

- University degree or relevant combination of training and experience
- Five years of relevant technological quality assurance analyst experience
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and functional testing experience
- Knowledge of .Net, DevOps, Entity Framework, Azure DevOps, or REST APIs
- Solid French communication, analytical, and synthesis skills
