You will manage integration architecture, change management strategy, timelines, and stakeholder coordination. Your work supports successful transitions and long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own onboarding cycles from contract signing through launch
- Develop customer integration architecture and change management strategies
- Manage implementation timelines for mid-market and enterprise companies
- Partner with Sales and Technical Services teams




- Engage Product and Engineering teams on product strategy

Requirements:

- Four or more years supporting strategic technology customers
- Ability to understand complex requirements and craft tailored solutions
- Ability to explain technical concepts to large customers
- Proven project management and critical thinking skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
