Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years as Project Manager/Coordinator experience in a complex IT project workplace or equivalent.
- Experience working with third party system integrators or vendors.

Experience and Role Accountabilities

- A minimum seven (7) years of directly related work experience in a complex IT project environment or equivalent.
- Perform day to day project coordination activities to support the project and/or program such as organizing meetings, collecting information for status reports, and writing meeting agendas and minutes to enable successful completion of projects safely, with quality, within budget, and on time.
- Assist the project manager in performing financial tasks such as preparing accruals and forecasts by gathering the required financial information, monitoring budgets and actual spending, tracking forecast revisions, updating reports, and coordinating the forecasting development process to support the achievement of the project objectives.
- Organize, upload to, and maintain document sharing sites, project and/or program materials such as IT Delivery Standard Practices (ITDSP) deliverables using document management systems to ensure easy retrieval, safeguarding, and version control.
- Provide ongoing guidance and expertise to other project coordinators by researching, developing, presenting options, and taking appropriate action to solve basic technical issues and more complex administrative issues to contribute to the standardization of processes and continuous improvement of project coordination capabilities at the company.
