Computershare Plan Managers needs a Relationship Manager as primary contact for Corporate sponsors. You will foster senior-level relationships, coordinate client activities, and ensure purchased services arrive on time. The position requires English and French communication across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish trusting relationships and communicate service orders accurately
- Resolve client issues and document service incidents
- Coordinate special projects, transactions, troubleshooting, and problem solving
- Negotiate contractual agreements and balance client needs




- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Requirements:

- Proficiency in written and verbal English and French
- University degree or three to five years equivalent experience
- Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic communication abilities
