This part time, fixed term Early Childhood Teacher role runs from January through December 2027. You will design exemplary programmes aligned with national and Victorian frameworks. The work includes inquiry-based learning, family partnerships and funded kindergarten delivery within a University-based service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design developmentally appropriate early childhood education programmes
- Lead and mentor educators within your team
- Document children's learning and developmental progress
- Partner with families about learning experiences
- Ensure compliance with education and care requirements

Requirements:

- Approved early childhood teaching degree meeting requirements
- Current VIT registration and Working with Children Check
- Current HLTAID012 First Aid certification
- Knowledge of National Quality Standards and child-secure standards
- Play-based, inclusive and anti-bias programme expertise
