Support Oracle Cloud HR systems and ERP implementation as EPCOR’s HRIS Specialist in Edmonton, Alberta, with permanent full time employment.

Reporting to the HR Systems & Analytics Associate Director, this specialist supports HRIS optimization and cloud-based ERP implementation. The work combines troubleshooting, analytics, data integrity, stakeholder coordination, and practical system solutions. Enterprise HR platforms, reporting tools, and cross-functional projects are central to success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support HRIS enhancements by analyzing workflows, gaps, and business needs
- Lead HRIS projects, milestones, risks, issues, and stakeholder coordination
- Validate HR data and coordinate system updates
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with IT and end users




- Develop documentation, training, and change management initiatives

Requirements:

- Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field
- Five or more years working with HRIS in large corporations
- Experience with Oracle Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday
- Analytics and reporting experience using BI tools, SQL, or advanced Excel
- Cross-functional project experience involving multiple stakeholders
