Lead Mackenzie Health’s Diagnostic Imaging Coordinated Access Hub through strategic leadership, centralized intake, and data-driven access improvement. Support equitable, patient-centred imaging access.

The Manager, Coordinated Access provides enterprise-level leadership for centralized DI intake and access models. This role oversees referral validation, clinical triage, waitlist management, and system integration. It also advances eReferral adoption, standardized workflows, and performance frameworks with Ontario Health and regional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Diagnostic Imaging Coordinated Access Hub operations and performance
- Oversee referral intake, triage, distribution, and waitlist management
- Monitor access, wait times, demand, utilization, and equity indicators
- Represent Mackenzie Health with Ontario Health and regional partners




- Manage budgets, workforce planning, technology, and operational risks

Requirements:

- Baccalaureate degree in healthcare administration or related discipline
- Master’s degree in health administration or related field preferred
- At least five years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
- Experience with centralized intake, access management, or diagnostic imaging preferred
- Advanced analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
