As an experienced Project Manager, you will guide new-build projects from award through construction and closeout. Coordinate field teams, Project Coordinators, estimating, BIM, trades, suppliers, General Contractors, consultants, owners, and clients. Manage plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, risks, and estimating turnover
- Establish budgets, cost codes, procurement plans, and project controls
- Lead execution, forecasting, purchasing, subcontracts, and change orders
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, BIM, prefabrication,



and project documentation
- Plan commissioning, turnover, warranty, and Procore closeout

Requirements:

- Experience managing ICI mechanical construction projects
- Strong understanding of plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, purchasing, subcontracts, and changes
- Confidence reading drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365
