As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will work with client operations, engineering, and IT teams. You will create LLM applications, agents, RAG pipelines, and ML models. The work spans scoping, coding, data integration, deployment, monitoring, and adoption within client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Find high-value operational problems with client teams
- Prototype use cases using real data and success metrics
- Build and deploy monitored AI production systems
- Integrate historians, SCADA/DCS, ERP, and maintenance data
- Train users and iterate toward daily adoption

Requirements:

- Four-plus years building and shipping full-stack software
- At least two years delivering production ML or LLM systems
- Robust Python, SQL, APIs, and FastAPI experience
- Hands-on RAG, agents, tool use, prompts, and evaluations
- Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, and basic MLOps or LLMOps experience
