As an Intermediate Transmission Line Engineer, you will support ENTRUST Canada’s transmission lines design group. The role involves PLS-CADD, engineering reports, material take offs, and utility grounding systems. You will work with an experienced technical team while receiving guidance and hands-on training throughout the design process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare estimates, material take offs, scopes, and design packages
- Complete calculations for transmission, distribution, and grounding systems




- Provide line design and analysis using PLS-CADD software
- Conduct site visits and construction-phase field inspections
- Review designs against codes, standards, and internal MHV standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Proven high-voltage transmission lines design experience
- Minimum six years of work experience
- Four or more years using PLS-CADD
- P.Eng. with active APEGA registration or eligibility
