As Senior Program Manager, you own products from concept through production release and customer ramp. You coordinate MEMS, ASIC, packaging, test, operations, and manufacturing partners. Your work connects customer commitments with schedules, budgets, readiness gates, and measurable deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own programs through design, tape-out, qualification, and production release
- Build integrated plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources, and budgets
- Chair phase-gate reviews and drive go/no-go decisions
- Manage risks, changes, recovery plans, and partner commitments




- Report program health to executives and engineering leadership

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
- 8+ years in semiconductor product development
- 5+ years in engineering program management or technical leadership
- End-to-end semiconductor product ownership through production release
- Experience with tape-out, silicon bring-up, packaging, test, and qualification
