Conduct metallurgical sampling and testing at Hecla Mining Company’s Keno Hill mine in Yukon. Work a fly-in fly-out, 14-days-on, 14-days-off rotation.

As a Metallurgy Technician, you will report to the Chief Metallurgist. Your work will include mill performance monitoring, flotation surveys, particle size analysis, and density measurements. You will support process improvements, laboratory activities, concentrate coordination, and secure, environmentally responsible mill operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct metallurgical sampling, testing, and analysis
- Perform flotation and mill surveys
- Inspect liners, cyclones, and related equipment
- Coordinate concentrate shipments and inventory records




- Support laboratory procedures and Mill Operations training

Requirements:

- Metallurgy or Mineral Processing education considered an asset
- Mineral processing, metallurgy, or laboratory experience considered an asset
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean abstract
- Ability to work in an industrial environment
