Wickaninnish Inn Ltd. on Vancouver Island's west coast is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping Department. As a member of the Senior Management Team, you’ll ensure the Inn’s Relais & Châteaux standards, Forbes and AAA expectations are met, and you inspire a team to deliver world-class service.
You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, manage budgets, coordinate HR, and uphold health and safety while mentoring staff to grow professionally in a premium guest-focused workplace.
