Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the Lindt Retail Boutique
- Generate and drive corporate sales
- Recruit, interview, hire, and supervise Retail Sales Associates
- Train employees on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Requirements:
- Two to five years of retail management experience
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Passion for premium chocolate products
