Extendicare's Tuxedo Villa in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Scheduling and Attendance Coordinator to oversee staff scheduling, time and attendance, and payroll-ready reporting for a 213-bed long-term care facility. You will partner with operations leadership to ensure full coverage and smooth resident care.

Responsibilities include maintaining staffing rosters in Workday, managing absences, coordinating with staffing agencies, validating hours, and supporting leave and resident administration
