AECOM Mississauga is hiring a Director, Light Rail Transit to oversee planning, design, procurement, engineering, construction, commissioning, and transfer to Operations. The role uses an Alternative Finance and Procurement delivery model while aligning client, consultant, contractor, and internal teams. You will support the Vice President, coach teams, manage risks, and influence delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead LRT delivery within approved scope, budget, and schedule
- Set engineering requirements, schedules, resources, and performance measures
- Coordinate designs across stations, tunnels, utilities, and systems




- Manage contracts, risks, stakeholders, changes, and technical issues
- Oversee consultants, procurement documents, and construction requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or architecture
- Ten years’ relevant capital project management experience
- Two years’ leadership experience or equivalent qualifications
- Alternative Finance and Procurement knowledge
- Ability to travel to project sites and meetings
