This Project Manager / Estimator supports commercial and multi-family construction, with additional industrial exposure. You will manage projects from planning and estimating through execution, financial oversight, and completion. The work requires electrical construction knowledge, pricing ability, and coordination across project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects from award through completion
- Prepare estimates for labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Review drawings, specifications, scope, and pricing requirements
- Prepare and manage project change orders
- Monitor budgets,



forecasts, billing, and financial performance

Requirements:

- Project management experience within electrical construction
- Commercial or multi-family construction experience preferred
- Electrical estimating and change-order experience
- Familiarity with AccuBid, Procore, or Bluebeam
- Robust organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
