Preventive maintenance technicians inspect Manulift telescopic forklifts, troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems, and complete field service work across customer equipment.

Reporting to the Field Service Foreman, this technician performs maintenance, inspections, minor repairs, and sales inspections on customer and rental equipment. The work spans oil changes, complex electrical or hydraulic systems, safety checks, recalls, and service bulletins. Daily computer use supports electronic work orders, parts research, and service records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete preventive maintenance and annual equipment inspections
- Perform minor repairs and sales inspections in the field
- Complete electronic work orders and coding for invoicing




- Order parts proactively using machine arrangements
- Conduct safety checks, recalls, and service bulletins

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of relevant experience
- Relevant license considered an asset, including 421A, 310T, or 310S
- Experience ordering parts based on machine arrangement
- Comfort using a computer daily
- Robust organization, communication, and customer service skills
