As Head of Operations, Platform Product, you will operate across Payward Services, Payward’s enterprise infrastructure platform. You will connect product, engineering, legal, compliance, finance, and external partners while building scalable operations. The remit covers KYC/KYB, lending, unified APIs, licensing, and regulated US entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own platform product operations and launch readiness
- Gate go-lives against regulatory and operational requirements
- Drive cross-functional roadmap, compliance, and infrastructure execution
- Run licensing, risk, incidents, audits,
and reporting
- Support regulators, examiners, boards, and executive discussions
Requirements:
- Eight to twelve years of relevant experience
- Strategy consulting roots and proven in-house operational execution
- Experience in scaling fintech, banking, or crypto firms
- Familiarity with US regulated financial supervision and examinations
- Complex program leadership without formal authority
