Lead student success and engagement initiatives as Manager, Student Services at Douglas College, working hybrid across New Westminster and Coquitlam campuses.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Student Services, this manager oversees programs and services supporting domestic and international students. The work spans accessibility, wellness, student life, engagement, and academic success. You will supervise assigned staff teams and manage programs that complement students’ academic and career objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and review student activities, programs, events, and services
- Guide delivery of services enhancing the student experience
- Develop holistic physical, mental, and sexual health initiatives
- Collaborate on wellness, accessibility, and engagement initiatives




- Manage day-to-day operations and staff team development

Requirements:

- Ability to lead teams within Student Affairs and Services
- Experience coordinating programs supporting student success and engagement
- Ability to supervise, schedule, mentor, and evaluate employees
- Ability to monitor budgets and approve assigned expenditures
- Willingness to travel between Douglas College campuses
