This senior leadership role oversees service administration teams through regional supervisors. You will strengthen quoting, scheduling, work orders, reporting, invoicing, and customer support. The position focuses on consistent execution across Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead regional teams through supervisors with clear performance expectations
- Oversee quoting, scheduling, work orders, invoicing, and reporting
- Improve processes, service standards, efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience
- Develop employees through recruitment, training, and performance management




- Coordinate administration with field service operations across locations

Requirements:

- Five-plus years leading administrative or operational support teams
- Experience managing supervisors or geographically dispersed teams
- Technical service, field service, or service-based business experience preferred
- Robust coaching, workforce planning, analytical, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as required
