As an Associate Optometrist, you deliver LensCrafters’ brand promise while ensuring patients receive high-quality Optometric care. You partner with the MOD, SMM, and team to support practice growth and key performance indicators. Your work combines accepted care standards, effective communication, and strong accountability.

- Perform clinical protocols and provide accurate diagnoses
- Explain eye exams and address visual lifestyle needs
- Recommend eyewear based on patient and customer needs
- Maintain office systems and secure working environments

Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry degree
- Commitment to quality patient care
- Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology

- State licensure maintained in good standing
