The Senior Manager leads complex Global IT programs across core business platforms. You will coordinate business stakeholders, platform leads, internal teams, and implementation partners. The work spans requirements, design, integration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end ERP, HCM, Finance, and platform implementations
- Translate objectives into plans, milestones, workstreams, and resources
- Oversee integration, migration, testing, cutover, and readiness
- Coordinate stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and technology teams
- Drive issue resolution, adoption,

Requirements:

- 10+ years in enterprise technology delivery or transformation
- Large-scale ERP, HCM, and Finance implementation experience
- Experience managing multi-workstream programs through stabilization
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
