We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst to understand business requirements, analyze business processes, and work with technical and functional teams to deliver SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Understand existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
- Work with SAP functional and technical teams to implement business requirements.
- Understand SAP modules such as SAP MM, SD, FICO, PP, WM, EWM, or HCM.
- Perform gap analysis between business requirements and SAP functionality.
- Coordinate with development and testing teams.
- Support SIT, UAT, and functional testing.
- Prepare process flows, documentation, and reports.
- Communicate with business users and stakeholders.




- Support issue resolution and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills
- Experience as an SAP Business Analyst.
- Knowledge of at least one SAP module (MM, SD, FICO, PP, WM, EWM, or HCM).
- Business requirement gathering and documentation.
- BRD, FRD, and user story preparation.
- Business process mapping and gap analysis.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of SAP implementation, enhancement, or support projects.

Experience
- Typically 5+ years of experience in SAP Business Analysis.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams.
