Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced Bilingual SAP Business Operations Transformation Lead to join their project on November 23, 2026 and will run until end of May 2027, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in business operations transformation and cross-functional project leadership, with a track record of concrete, measurable results optimizing workflows across multiple teams and manage through data and consistently prioritize operational effectiveness over theoretical approaches. This is a hybrid role that requires working on-site 2-3 days per week.Key Responsibilities:

Help design the center of excellence business process to fine tune the client's business functions resulting in an effective methodology to support the business and any SAP issues that may evolve when the COE team are responding to tickets and issues. The ideal candidate should have a strong background working with Agile methodology and can help design KPI, dashboards at the right time.

Performance Measurement:



Define and implement a dashboard of simple, relevant, and immediately actionable key performance indicators (KPIs). Must have extremely solid communication skills and have a good knowledge base of SAP S/4 HANA. Cross-Functional Coordination: Establish simple, effective alignment mechanisms within and across teams to break down silos and improve the flow of information.

Optimize Working Methods: Design and adapt a common, pragmatic, streamlined working framework that is fully aligned with operational constraints.

Resolve Bottlenecks: Facilitate operational alignment workshops and take practical action to remove obstacles between departments.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement quick wins while managing broader structural transformation initiatives.

Rationalize Tools: Harmonize the collaborative tool ecosystem to ensure that tools simplify teams' day-to-day work.
