Senior SAP Public Cloud Project Manager - Long Term Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly proactive Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale, greenfield SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation for a Caribbean-based conglomerate.

The role involves managing a complex, multi-entity, multi-country, multi-wave implementation, taking ownership of project delivery, planning, governance, resources, risks, and stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on project leader who takes initiative, anticipates challenges, drives decisions, and ensures delivery stays on track. Solid SAP Public Cloud implementation experience and practical knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation across multiple legal entities, countries, and rollout waves.
- Drive project planning, execution, governance, timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional SAP consultants, third-party partners, and customer teams.
- Establish and govern the global template strategy, ensuring consistency while managing entity-specific requirements and country localizations.
- Set up and manage the program structure, scope, milestones, dependencies, and deployment plans in SAP Cloud ALM.
- Drive SAP Activate methodology, including Fit-to-Standard workshops, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues,



dependencies, and delivery blockers.
- Manage senior stakeholders, including C-level sponsors and steering committees, providing clear status reporting and recommendations.
- Oversee intercompany processes and multi-entity requirements, ensuring alignment across the different businesses and countries.
- Manage go-live transitions and handover to support teams.

Essential Requirements

- Strong project management experience: At least 3 years leading SAP Cloud ERP implementations, ideally involving multiple entities, countries, or rollout waves.
- SAP Public Cloud experience: Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations. This is essential.
- SAP Cloud ALM: Practical experience using Cloud ALM for project planning, scope management, milestones, dependencies, and deployment tracking.
- Proactive leadership: A self-starter who takes ownership, anticipates problems, drives solutions, and does not wait to be instructed.
- Experience managing cross-functional SAP teams, external partners, and senior customer stakeholders.
- Valuable understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard workshops.
- Experience with global templates, multi-entity rollouts, and project governance.
- Functional SAP background in Finance (FICO) or Sales (SD) is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills (C1/C2).
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to the Caribbean.
- Must have the appropriate work authorization and ability to travel to the USA and Caribbean.
