This Supply Chain Supervisor oversees vendor relationships, performance, compliance, and risk for Canadian Search and Rescue. The position coordinates procurement planning, Material Requirements Planning, Enterprise Resource Planning, inventory, freight, and cost efficiency. You will support material demands, maintenance requirements, and supply chain reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage vendor relationships, performance, compliance, risks, and disputes
- Negotiate proposals, payment terms, discounts, and vendor onboarding
- Monitor quality, delivery, and cost performance indicators




- Develop procurement plans for validated engineering material demands
- Optimize inventory, freight, lead times, and material availability

Requirements:

- University degree or related education and experience
- Three to five years supply chain management experience
- Experience using MRP and ERP systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, or PowerBI
- Eligibility for Canadian, United States, and government clearances
