As Banking Centre Leader I, you will lead Personal and Business Banking teams toward shared goals. You will hire, develop, and coach employees while supporting clients with financial needs. The role combines client advocacy, performance monitoring, risk management, and community relationship development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives toward stronger client relationships
- Hire, develop, coach, and support team members
- Monitor Banking Centre performance and implement action plans




- Advocate CIBC within the community and develop relationships
- Manage and minimize risk for clients and shareholders

Requirements:

- Experience providing coaching and hands-on support
- Current Mutual Funds License accreditation and good standing
- Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres
- Commitment to trust, teamwork, and accountability
