As Observability Product Owner, you will own EDC’s Monitoring and Observability Foundation Service. You will translate architecture direction into roadmaps, backlogs, operating models, and measurable service outcomes. The role spans monitoring platforms, telemetry, Event Management, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, vendors, and managed services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own observability strategy, roadmap, governance, and service effectiveness
- Advance logs, metrics, traces, dependencies, and application observability
- Manage Dynatrace platform health, access, lifecycle, consumption, and costs
- Define service performance using SLIs, SLOs, adoption, and value realization
- Oversee vendors, licensing,



contracts, delivery scope, and escalations

Requirements:

- Seven years’ enterprise monitoring, observability, or IT operations experience
- Degree or diploma in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field
- Product, service, or platform ownership experience with technical roadmaps
- Experience integrating observability with ITSM, ITOM, and Event Management
- Solid analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
