It partners with business units and IT teams to deliver timely, accurate system changes meeting business needs.

- Lead SAP Payroll and HCM functional system design
- Configure and test Payroll and HCM modules
- Define requirements and re-engineer business processes
- Supervise SAP sustainment team members
- Manage small to medium technology initiatives

Requirements:

- Degree in a related discipline
- Minimum five years of directly related experience
- Payroll Compliance Professional designation
- Strong business systems and process analysis skills
- Experience with process automation and change transformation
