The Completions Assistant District Manager supports district operations, field crews, equipment, scheduling, and customer requirements. This full-time position provides hands-on leadership, coaching, technical guidance, and operational decision-making. It also supports business development, financial planning, and compliance with QHSE, client, regulatory, and Tier 1 requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily management of personnel, equipment, scheduling, and field execution
- Provide coaching, technical guidance, and direction to district personnel
- Monitor safety, efficiency, utilization, profitability, and service quality




- Coordinate internal departments and resolve operational or customer issues
- Conduct field visits and assume delegated District Manager responsibilities

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of relevant work experience
- Related oil and gas service industry field experience
- Working knowledge of the completions industry
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and acceptable abstract
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada
