As the first dedicated HR Generalist, you will own day-to-day tactical execution while receiving strategic mentorship from the Fractional CHRO. You will establish policies, administer Canadian payroll, and support US and UK payroll and perks. The role serves 40 employees globally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create core HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Manual
- Process Canadian payroll and oversee US and UK administration
- Resolve HR queries for 40 employees globally
- Coach managers on performance and employee relations
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, probation, and offboarding

Requirements:

- Four to six years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Full-cycle Canadian payroll execution experience
- Understanding of Ontario ESA and OHSA requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication and manager coaching skills
