Our client, a leading Canadian energy company, seeks an experienced Commercial Legal Counsel to join its Calgary team. Reporting to the Legal Manager, you will provide strategic, business‑oriented advice across commercial activities, including contract management, supply arrangements, construction matters and oil and gas marketing.

The ideal candidate has eight or more years of corporate/commercial experience, robust drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities
