As a Financial Services Consultant focused on Insurance Rollover, you will help Group Benefits members convert coverage after leaving employer plans. You will review health, dental, life insurance, and critical illness options, recommend suitable solutions, and contribute to sales objectives. Client Service Centre schedules cover calls from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with consistent shifts three out of four weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive inbound calls and transferred sales leads
- Consult members about individual insurance plan options
- Recommend solutions aligned with client needs




- Support clients through benefit plan transitions
- Meet or exceed sales objectives

Requirements:

- Active Life Insurance License, LLQP
- Two to three years of related financial services sales preferred
- Insurance telephone sales experience is an asset
- College or university degree or equivalent experience
- Robust communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
