This 12-month Senior Research Associate contract suits an experienced researcher focused on education, skills, labour markets, and workforce issues. You will manage applied research projects, analyze complex datasets, and communicate findings to government, post-secondary, business, and public policy audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage applied research projects across varying scopes
- Design education, skills, and labour market research
- Apply quantitative and mixed-methods approaches to complex data
- Translate research results into compelling executive insights




- Produce reports, proposals, presentations, and other research products

Requirements:

- PhD or Master’s degree in economics or related quantitative discipline
- At least six years in professional research environments
- Advanced quantitative and qualitative research experience
- Proficiency with R, Python, Power BI, or research tools
- Strong writing, project management, and stakeholder communication skills
