Coordinate FCL and LCL ocean exports from booking through delivery, managing documentation, schedules, and shipment milestones across global networks.

This Ocean Export Coordinator manages complete shipment execution within freight forwarding operations. The work includes carrier bookings, export documentation, compliance, customer communication, and transportation tracking. You will collaborate with Rhenus offices, overseas agents, carriers, truckers, warehouses, Sales, Finance, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate ocean exports from booking through final delivery
- Book cargo with carriers, NVOCCs, and consolidators
- Monitor vessel schedules, cut-offs, deadlines, and milestones
- Prepare HBLs, MBLs, shipping instructions, and certificates




- Track shipments and resolve delays, discrepancies, and exceptions

Requirements:

- Knowledge of FCL and LCL shipment coordination
- Understanding of Canadian export requirements and CERS reporting
- Familiarity with Incoterms and destination-country regulations
- Accuracy maintaining shipment files in freight forwarding systems
- Ability to review invoices and reconcile shipment costs
