Direct Ranger Lake’s Christian camping ministry through program development, camper care, and summer missionary discipleship. This is a full-time, year-round position.

The Camp Director oversees Ranger Lake Bible Camp’s summer camping ministry under the Executive Director. The work includes developing and delivering programs, recruiting and discipling summer missionaries, promoting camp, and supporting fundraising initiatives. The role helps provide safe, engaging, Gospel-centred experiences for children and youth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Ranger Lake Bible Camp’s summer camping ministry
- Develop and deliver summer camping programs
- Provide care for campers throughout camp programming
- Recruit and disciple summer missionaries
- Promote camp and support fundraising initiatives

Requirements:

- Availability for full-time, year-round employment
- Ability to work under Executive Director direction
- Commitment to Christian camping ministry
- Ability to support secure, engaging camper experiences
- Capacity to support Gospel-centred camping experiences
