Lead manufacturing finance through job costing, inventory valuation, and financial reporting as a Corporate Controller for a Canadian organization. This hands-on position oversees accounting across multiple entities.

Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Corporate Controller leads month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and internal controls. The role supports manufacturing operations through job costing, WIP, standard costs, overhead allocation, and profitability analysis. It also contributes to SAP implementation, ERP standardization, acquisition integration, and finance infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own month-end and year-end accounting cycles across multiple entities
- Oversee financial statements, management reporting, and reporting packages
- Analyze job costing, WIP, inventory, and overhead allocation




- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with business leaders
- Develop cash forecasts and improve working capital visibility

Requirements:

- CPA designation and bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Five-plus years of progressive accounting or Controller-level experience
- Strong manufacturing accounting and job costing experience
- ERP implementation experience; SAP experience strongly preferred
- Previous accounting supervision and robust Excel skills
