Canadian Blood Services seeks a Community Development Manager for its Group Engagement & Sales Excellence team. This manager will support donor growth and community engagement in the Vancouver region. The work includes research, recruitment presentations, customer service, and collaborative recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize information sessions for specific community target groups
- Find and engage new donors through referrals and networking
- Improve donor experience and meet feedback goals
- Support promotions and campaigns with regional leadership




- Act as a media spokesperson when required

Requirements:

- Marketing or business administration degree preferred
- Minimum three years management sales or account management experience
- Successful record closing opportunities and strong desire to succeed
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required
