Lead human resources strategy and operations for ACCIONA’s Canadian Construction business from the Toronto office near Pearson Airport.

As Senior Human Resources Manager, you will partner with the Vice President, Human Resources across talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. You will guide HR professionals, support employees and leaders, and contribute to evolving priorities across ACCIONA’s projects. Regular GTA site visits and travel within Canada may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the Vice President, Human Resources across Canada
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team
- Oversee talent management, workforce planning, and succession
- Guide recruitment, internal mobility, and employee engagement




- Support employee relations, HR systems, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in Human Resources preferred
- Progressive, broad Human Resources experience
- Experience across talent management and HR operations
- Experience handling complex employee and organizational matters
- Solid communication, judgment, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
