This Fleet Manager reports to the Manager, Fleet Assets, leading preventative maintenance across fleet and equipment. The position oversees shop and field maintenance, repair planning, logistics, compliance, and equipment availability. Success requires coordinating with Corporate Fleet, Project and Construction Management, Procurement, vendors, and maintenance personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead scheduled fleet maintenance, inspections, and service intervals
- Oversee shop operations, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs
- Inspect repairs against specifications, standards, and regulations




- Manage major repairs, replacements, and life cycle cost analysis
- Track budgets, compliance, repair costs, and equipment downtime

Requirements:

- High school diploma
- Ten years in heavy duty, automotive, or equipment repair
- Five years leading shop or maintenance teams
- Equipment management, supply chain, or logistics experience
- Work order systems and life cycle management experience
