Coordinate mechanical and electrical construction for Graham’s Water/Wastewater Division, supporting scheduling, cost control, documentation, and quality compliance. This position supports a mid-sized pumping station project.

As Project Coordinator, you will report to the Senior Project Manager and coordinate mechanical and electrical scopes throughout construction. The work includes quantity surveying, reporting, scheduling, and documentation. You will collaborate with senior project staff and key subcontractors while supporting project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Update schedules, budgets, and project cost controls
- Monitor labour, materials, and equipment throughout construction
- Maintain drawings, revisions, change orders, and quality records
- Attend meetings, record minutes, and track action items




- Monitor changes, safety plans, quality plans, KPIs, and NCRs

Requirements:

- Technical diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Construction management or related education and experience considered
- Robust understanding of mechanical and electrical construction processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling software
- At least four years of construction experience coordinating scopes
