Apply employee and labour relations expertise onsite with Homewood Health, supporting leaders, union relationships, and people-centered mental health care. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday.

As an Employee and Labour Relations Advisor, you will partner with stakeholders across units and departments. You will advise on collective agreements, policies, grievances, investigations, and employment matters. Your work supports seamless services and programs for patients, clients, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build strategic business partner relationships with department stakeholders
- Advise leaders on employee and labour relations issues
- Liaise with union leadership and representatives




- Conduct workplace investigations and maintain sufficient documentation
- Deliver relevant HR training and information sessions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Human Resources
- At least two years of Human Resources experience
- Minimum two years of labour relations experience
- Consulting, mediation, and facilitation skills
- Solid written, verbal, listening, and consensus-building skills
