As Branch
Manager, you will oversee the branch’s overall success and financial objectives. You will lead people, support personal and small business banking, and strengthen customer relationships through financial advice. This leadership role also includes sales management, risk oversight, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team providing financial advice
- Coach, train, and observe employees supporting customer relationships
- Coach individuals and the branch toward success
- Manage and minimize the Bank’s exposure to risk
- Oversee policies, practices, initiatives, and procedures Requirements:
- Experience managing people and engaging teams
- Experience in personal and small business banking
- Solid sales management and Scotiabank marketing experience
- Ability to build relationships and grow existing customers
