As Operations Manager, you will coordinate people, equipment, tooling, inventory, facilities, and external services for upcoming projects. The position works with Sales, Projects, the Shop Manager, Project Managers, and field teams. It focuses on protected, efficient, and profitable crew mobilization across operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan equipment, tooling, inventory, logistics, and support resources
- Lead scheduling, hiring, and development of yard personnel
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and certifications
- Manage procurement, vendors, rentals, materials, and services
- Track assets,



utilization, lifecycle planning, and capital needs

Requirements:

- Five or more years in operations, fleet, asset, or maintenance management
- Experience leading people across multiple operational functions
- Knowledge of inventory control, procurement, budgeting, and capital planning
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and asset-management systems
- Diploma or degree in operations, supply chain, business, or engineering
